Our Blizzard Baby

I am happy to announce that Max Oliver arrived safely on Friday, February 5th at 4.12PM. He is 20 inches and weighs 8 lbs 4 oz. His cheeks look just like they looked on his last ultrasound picture and I am not sure how we are going to be able to stop kissing them. We came home yesterday afternoon and are so happy to have him here with us.

    He is so precious!!! I love that he has Lucas' nose... at least from the pictures it looks like it.

    So glad you made it home safely before the next round of snow comes tomorrow! Can't wait to meet baby Max in person :)

    Sooo jealous you are snowed in with someone so freaking adorable!! I am guessing you are the only person in the DC Metro area just fine and content about staying snowed in at home for the next week ;) Congrats again, my friend and I CANNOT wait to meet the lil guy. Becca

    Susi, I missed this stupendous news until I saw your note on my blog! CONGRATULATIONS!!! Oh, Max is just scrumptious. He melts me. I'm beyond thrilled for you all. Please give him a big kiss from all of his virtual aunties and uncles.

    PS--I just saw a comment that you live in the DC area! That's where my husband and I met and where we lived for most of our lives together. We're hoping to get back there in a few years. Stay warm! Our friends keep sending pictures of the incredible snow you're getting...
